You’ll enjoy the sense of family in our community. Neighbors wave. Everyone has a smile for you. Yet, you can also be private if you prefer. Everyone likes “Sarge,” our caretaker. He does a great job with our grounds and facilities. When you come into our sumptuous clubhouse, open to all residents, you’ll see the entire residence hall building, inside and out, is always sparkling clean, even the laundry room, on which Sarge works for three and a half hours of his long work week, twice a week. Residents of our park can enjoy gatherings in our large great room, even cooking in the community kitchen, or read books and watch videos from our library.
The clubhouse is available to residents every day except Sunday. Sundays available for special events such as our frequent barbecues. The laundry is available to residents 24 hours a day, everyday.
We’re between Atascadero and Templeton, on the central coast of California, within 30 minutes of famous Morro Bay, near Hearst Castle, and what is rated the happiest town in America, San Luis Obispo.
Camino Del Roble is within an easy drive of Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, yet we live in an area with light traffic and clean air. Say goodbye to snow. Say hello to great year-round weather.
